Your membership fee payable to Next Holidays & Resorts is comprised of a non - refundable Admission Fee (AF) and an Entitlements Fee (EF). An application for membership is recognized or gains 'admission' to Next Holidays on realization of 20% of the Admission Fee (AF). Your holiday entitlements commence as per the payment plan selected by you.

Members opting for full payment

2 months from the end of the month after admission as a member
Members opting for 8 installment plan month
4 months from the end of the month after admission as a member
Members opting for 12 month installment plan
5 months from the end of the month after admission as a member
Members opting for 24 month installment plan
12 months from the end of the month after admission as a member
Members opting for 36 month installment plan
16 months from the end of the month after admission as a member

However, you may avail your special offer holidays once 20% of the AF has been realised.


How do I book my holidays?

What information should I keep handy when making my holiday booking?

The following are essential when making your bookings:

• Your membership ID
• Number of people going on holidays (Number of adults and children)
• Name of resort or destination
• Check In / Check out dates
Note: Giving us a prioritized list of destinations and dates for your holiday, will ensure faster confirmation.

How early should I make my holiday booking?

You can make your reservations from as early as 6 months to as late as 2 weeks before your holiday, depending on the type of your membership.

Note: The earlier you book, the better your chances of getting the dates and destination of your choice. Please plan well in advance for holidaying during peak seasons like Diwali, New Year etc.

How does my membership address my changing holiday needs?

Your holiday needs might change from time to time. While you might need a larger apartment on one holiday, you may be looking for a smaller one in the next. You may also want your holiday in a different season altogether.

Keeping this in mind, we have a Flexible Holiday feature that gives you access to seasons and apartments other than your own. However, when you travel in a higher season (marked with an*), booking can only be done 15 days prior to your holiday and will be subject to availability.

Each resort has a unique week classification and we have provided the same for your convenience. This classification however, is not absolute and the seasons may shift from time to time.


How does the Holiday Calculator work?

The nights are calculated on the basis of the relative value of prevalent prices of membership. You are, however, entitled only to a whole number of nights, with any decimal values being carried over to the next year.

What happens if I do not wish to use my entitlement completely at a time?

You may split your holiday entitlement and take more than one shorter holiday. However, the shortest holiday you take must be of a minimum of 2 nights. On the other hand, you may also take up to a maximum of 7 nights, in your own season.

What happens if I am not able to take my holiday in a particular year?

Your entitlement, if unused (wholly or partly) will get automatically accumulated to the next year. However, at no point in time can your account exceed 14 nights.

How do I take a holiday for more than 7 nights?

There are two ways in which you can do this.

• You can use accumulated nights from the previous year.
• You can also advance your entitlement from the following year.

You can avail this facility anytime after one year from your Holiday Start Date.
Note: Advancing your entitlement is subject to an up-front payment of your Annual Subscription Fee (ASF), at the current rate, for the advanced week and the balance payable when due.


How do I gift my Next holidays to my friend?

If you do not plan to holiday in a particular year, you can gift your entitlement to whomsoever you choose. All you need to do is give us a guest authorization letter for the person taking the holiday. Please ensure that your guests carry a photo ID and the guest authorization letter.

What is the Annual Subscription Fee and when do I pay it?

Your Annual Subscription Fee (ASF) is used to maintain the resorts and all its amenities in pristine condition.
Irrespective of usage of your entitlement, your first ASF is due on your Holiday Start Date.
The ASF may be revised from time to time based on Consumer Price Index / Wholesale Price Index. The ASF is subject to Service Tax as applicable.

What documents should I carry with me when checking in?

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will get a confirmation voucher and a Fact finder for the resort you'll be holidaying at. Furnishing the confirmation voucher and your membership card is a must at the time of check in.

Note: It is advisable to carry the Fact finder with you. It contains all the relevant information from how to get there, to which facilities and activities you can avail of once you reach.

If I need to change my plans after confirmation of my reservation, what do I need to do?

In case you change your mind and cannot make it to a holiday destination you have already booked for, don't worry. You can inform us about any changes in your holiday plans upto 21 days in advance without any loss of days.


• If you cancel your holidays 21 days before the day of check-in, you get a full re-credit.
• If you cancel your holiday between 15 and 20 days before check-in, you get 50% re-credit.
• If you cancel 10 days or less than 10 days prior to check-in, all days shall be lapsed.

If I move abroad, how do I continue to avail of the service?

Even if you move abroad we will continue to service your membership. An Annual International Service Fee is applicable

Are pets allowed at the resorts?
